LEARN TO MAKe merLion MACARON – STEP-BY-STEP
LEE KONG CHIAN AUDITORIUM
11 AM – 12 noon
As National Day approaches and this is Singapore's bicentennial year since founding, let’s learn to make something that is iconic of Singapore -- Merlion macarons! The macarons are filled with local coffeeshop drink flavours such as coffee, tea and Milo. In this workshop, there will be a demonstration on making the macaron batter, piping the Merlion shape and decorating the macaron shells post-baking. Macarons will also be given away at the end of the workshop.
